RESISTANCE BANDS WITH BALANCE

This low-impact class combines resistance band training while safely challenging your balance through dynamic movement—building strength, stability, and control. Improve posture and coordination, activate the hips and core, and enhance the brain-muscle connection.

MORNING MAT WORKOUT

Start your day feeling strong and refreshed with this energising mat-based class. Focusing on mobility, stretching, fascia release, and functional strength, it gently wakes up the body through a blend of gentle, dynamic movements and static holds. Improve flexibility, ease stiffness, and build core, hip, and back stability.


FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

This feel-good workout focuses on building strength, stability and cardiovascular fitness to support everyday movements. Improve how you move, feel, and function.


BREATH IN MOVEMENT

We begin with simple breath-work, followed by Fascial Chi—a unique practice that combines gentle movement with conscious breathing to revitalise your fascia. It’s a gentle, mindful approach to stretching and awakening the fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds your muscles, bones, nerves, and organs. Movements are slow, deliberate, and never forced, always guided by the breath. Healthy fascia supports mobility and flexibility, prevention of pain and stiffness, proper posture, structural integrity and organ support. Benefits of Fascial Chi: Reduced muscle overuse and joint strain, Increased ease of movement, relief from pain and tension.


BREATH FOR HEALTH

Discover the power of your breath in this outdoor class focused on functional breathing techniques and breathing exercises to support health and enhance exercise performance. Learn how to breathe efficiently to reduce breathlessness, improve movement, energy, sleep, focus, respiratory conditions or mental health. You’ll retrain your breathing patterns—eliminating mouth breathing, strengthening your diaphragm, and restoring balance to your body’s systems.


FULL BODY STRENGTH

30-minute interval workout, designed to improve strength, build lean muscle and support bone density. This workout uses dumbbell, bodyweight and/or resistance band exercises to blast all major muscle groups.


RETRO AEROBICS

Shake your hair and burn a great deal of calories to your favourites 80s and 90s bangers! Feel like you’re having fun at a school disco again while working out every part of your body. All levels welcome, modifications will be provided.


BALANCE

Inspired by Pilates, this class focuses on gentle, controlled movements to improve balance, core stability, coordination, and posture. It’s perfect for anyone looking to move with more confidence, improve body awareness, and reduce the risk of falls in everyday life.


SUMMER SHAPER

Get ready to feel strong, lean, and confident this summer! This fun, high-energy class combines cardio, strength, and toning exercises specially designed to sculpt your body, burn calories, and keep you motivated all season long.
