Fit 2 Shine is a fitness community for women started by two friends and former Curves coaches Ivana and Ana. Between them, they have a great combination of many skills and qualifications and over 18 years of experience in the Health and Fitness industry. Later, they were joined by their fellow coach Vicki, who added a few more amazing classes to the schedule.
We offer a variety of classes specially designed for women, both indoors and outdoors. Our classes are 30 – 45 minutes long workouts which are effective and fun. A combination of strength training and cardio will help you build up and maintain strength, functional muscles, and form a lean, toned body at the same time. A variety of classes from resistance bands to HIIT to Dance Fit to Yoga will keep you both challenged and motivated. Our schedule makes it easy to get started and even easier to continue and achieve your fitness and wellbeing goals which will last.
Most importantly, we believe in supporting each other and thriving as a strong women-only community. We had seen 2020 through and adjusted to all the restrictions and frustrations of the year to keep the spirits high. We do really care about our members’ physical and emotional well-being, and we do our best to hold their backs every step of the way.
