1. Functional Breathing, Sleep & Emotional Wellbeing 

  • Improving the quality of sleep by addressing issues like snoring, a busy mind, stress, sleep apnea or insomnia.
  • Busy mind, emotional rollercoaster, stress, panic attacks, and anxiety. By taking control of your breathing and rebalancing your autonomic nervous system, you can reduce the frequency and severity of panic attacks, manage stress more effectively, and lower your anxiety for good. Also : Say goodbye to comfort and emotional eating.
  • Reducing breathlessness and symptoms of asthma, rhinitis, respiratory conditions and long covid.
  • Helping individuals run without triggering exercise-induced asthma (often mistaken for low fitness).
  • Simulation of high altitude training and utilising its benefits.
  • Establishing functional breathing with movement, exercise.
  • Learning and using breath exercises for health and performance(eliminate mouth breathing, normalise breathing volume, build diaphragm strength and restore the balance of blood gases to release more oxygen into cells, soft tissues, muscles and brain).

2. Nutrition

  • Providing guidance on healthy, nutritious, and balanced meals, supported by my Fit2Shine recipe book with great tips & tricks in the kitchen.
  • Establishing sustainable and healthy eating habits.
  • Offering options for sport nutrition or weight management.
  • Hydrating right.
  • Ensuring stable glucose levels.
  • Addressing gut health.

3. Exercise

  • Designing exercise programs suitable for all fitness levels and tailored to each stage of the climacteric phase.
  • Encouraging fresh air and me outdoor activities/exercise.
  • Focusing on mobility, balance, flexibility, posture, strength training, functional movement, resistance training, cardio, plyometric exercises, HIIT and stretching.
  • Creating programs suitable for individuals post-physiotherapy or individuals with particular clinical conditions. (e.g.cardiac, pregnancy, cancer, arthritis, diabetes or pulmonary rehabilitation patients).

4. Extra Recovery / better immunity

  • Providing guidance on how to begin and follow the correct protocol for cold air and cold shower therapies
  • Understanding Body and Mind connection

Personal training costs depend on the number of sessions per week and whether you’re training individually or sharing sessions with others (maximum of 3 people per group).

I offer a free 1-hour one-on-one consultation, which includes a full health and fitness assessment.

Based on this meeting, I’ll create a personalised plan and review it with you, ensuring you understand it fully and feel confident moving forward.
