On 1 tbsp of oil fry gnocchi until light golden. Add green beans, sliced red onion and season with salt and black pepper or herbs of your choice. Add tomatoes and Italian salad, mix together, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and a lime juice. You can swap or choose different ingredients like asparagus instead of beans.
It goes GREAT with FISH.
