We know that around this time of year, lots of us start thinking about holidays and feeling good in our summer clothes. You probably already know what helps you feel your best—more movement, better food, a bit of fresh air—but life (and winter, and biscuits) happens. That’s where we come in.
Shape & Shine is our 4-week bootcamp designed to help you refocus, feel supported, and enjoy the process of getting back into a routine. Here’s what to expect:
A Gentle but Motivating Structure
You’ll get access to 14 weekly classes including Full Body Strength, Yoga, Resistance Bands, Dance Fit, Balance, Functional Fitness, Outdoor Workouts, and our much-loved in-studio Retro Aerobics. You don’t have to do all of them—most members do 2–4 per week, and that’s more than enough to start feeling a shift.
Classes That Meet You Where You Are
No matter your fitness level, we offer modifications and encouragement. Whether you’re brand new to exercise or picking it back up after a break, we’ll help you find a pace that feels right. You’ll never be expected to keep up with anyone else—just to show up for yourself.
Flexible Time Commitment
Each class is around 30 minutes, and everything else—like our weekly recipe ideas and mini movement challenges—is optional. Choose what works for your schedule and energy levels.
A Focus on Feeling Good (Not Perfect)
This isn’t about restrictions or rigid rules. Our nutrition themes are gentle and encouraging, designed to help you get more of the good stuff—without guilt or pressure. We’re here to help you feel good in your body, not to chase perfection.
A Supportive, Welcoming Community
Whether you join us online, outdoors or in the studio, you’ll find a warm, friendly group of women who want to feel better, together. We know it can feel vulnerable walking into a new class, but we do everything we can to make you feel safe and supported from day one.

I set out aiming to lose 3–4 lbs and ended up losing 7 — but more importantly, I can now easily do up a side zip on a dress that used to be really tight.
I really enjoyed the challenges and found the recipe ideas super helpful. Mat exercises have always been tough for me, but I’m starting to see real improvement, which feels amazing.
Some days were hard to manage time-wise, especially with work, and I definitely struggled at first to stick to the high-protein, low-carb approach (I’m a bread lover!). But I made it work — and the progress speaks for itself.
I’ve also started drinking a lot more water — I got myself a bottle with a built-in straw and it’s made such a difference. I’m drinking far less tea and alcohol now too, which is huge for me.
If anything, I’d love even more in-person classes, as I always push myself more when I’m there!
But honestly, the most powerful change has been in my mindset. I now believe I can keep eating better and be in even better shape for my youngest son’s wedding in October. That’s a big deal for me — and I’m so proud of how far I’ve come.
