I’m thrilled to invite you to join my 21-day Spring Energy Boost. This online experience is all about helping you revitalise your body, mind, and focus so you can move through spring with more energy, clarity, and a deeper connection to yourself.
I created this course in the moment of crisis. After a long and uncomfortably transformational winter, I felt depleted on every level. I didn’t have the energy to even do the bare minimum, and as a space holder, I realise that my energy is everything. As I always do, I put together a toolkit that made a difference in less than a month. From barely being able to get through the day, I feel so energised that I can’t wait to share the surplus with my community.

You can also start later and complete the course at your own pace. I have done this sometimes, and to me at the time, the absence of pressure outweighed accountability. For some people, it feels better to follow a set pace and have a real-time peer support. Choose what works for you.
What’s included?
– 3 sweet beginner-friendly morning yoga classes (Thursdays, 8:15 – 8:45 AM GMT)
– 3 transformative Thursday evening online gatherings. (19:30 – 20:30 PM GMT) Together, we’ll explore powerful yet simple practices to shift your energy, regain focus, and become more intentional with where you direct your attention. You’ll learn how to release what drains you, sharpen your focus, and channel your energy toward what truly matters. These sessions are a chance to realign, gain clarity, and tap into the momentum you need to create real change. I’ll be there to answer your questions and support you along the way.
– Ongoing support from me—no pressure, no overwhelm. Do as much or as little as feels right for you.
All live sessions will be recorded. This isn’t just about feeling more energised—it’s about creating a lasting shift. More clarity, more vitality, and a stronger connection to yourself so that moving toward the life you truly want feels natural and effortless.

All of those practices can be done in your own time. I designed the practices with the idea of weaving them into your life to enhance it, rather than create more overwhelm. You can do as much or as little as you like.
