This wrap makes a great breakfast, lunch or dinner.
This grilled wrap is brilliant balanced meal for any young athlete as a pre-training meal more than 3-4hr before exercise or as a post exercise refuel meal
Very easy to make and ready in less than 10min
-1tsp of green pesto
– 1or 2 scrambled eggs with a pinch of salt
– 1/4 of mashed avocado with a little squeeze of lime or lemon
– handful of fresh spinach
– 2tbsp of shredded cheese.
Fold it on half and then grill or toast it.
Instead of a wrap you can use pitta bread or a bagel.
You can also toast it on pan, instead of using grill. Just turn it over, so it will be nicely gold and crispy from both sides.
